Bradford town centre is changing rapidly, with the opening up of the city centre canal ...
... I am eager to find a city centre investment before it's too late, (before the boom!)
Currently I live on the outskirts of Bradford, which I would class as one of the best quality residential areas of the country. However Bradford also still has its shanty areas, which makes it a great investment city, (prices are reasonable at the moment).
I foresee the city centre taking off, then investors jumping in - it's a developer's paradise!

I have always lived in Bradford...
...so really to me it's just a nice place where me and my family have grown up.
Many people really like Bradford so I would advise you to live here...

Bradford is very cheap, has very good value restaurants, and culture galore...
It is especially good for films. It is easy to go to Leeds as well for classical music concerts and art galleries. For city-lovers, Bradford/Leeds have all the advantages and none of the disadvantages of London.

Bradford is a very good area to live and work...
It is full of history and family days out, such as the Film and Photography Musuem, the original Woolpack and the village where 'Emmerdale' is filmed.
Not only that but is the gateway to the Dales. One minute you can be in the town, next you can be in the country.
What ever you fancy it's on your doorstep.

Moved to Bradford 6 months ago from Romsey, Hampshire...
Have found it extremely friendly and so glad I moved, the surrounding countryside is astounding and the curries delicious.
