Desire - Rotherham, Aughton - New Property Development

Located in the small village of Kiveton, which sits between Sheffield and Rotherham, Desire is in a perfect position for commuters, a short distance from the major transport links of the M1, M18 and A1. Locally there is a wide selection of food shops all within a five mile radius, including a greengrocer, butcher, baker, supermarket, farm shop and fishmonger. There is also a public library and a post office. In the past Kiveton was known for its mining and quarrying but these industries have since declined and as a result plans are afoot to redevelop much of this small village. There are good local schools in the vicinity and both Meadowhall retail and entertainment complex and Sheffield Hallam Arena are nearby for those for fancy a retail fix or an evening's entertainment.
