Velvet is Strata's latest development situated in the sought after suburb of Guiseley, just North of Leeds.
Velvet is located on the Otley road which runs through the village and nearby there are excellent local grocery stores including Marks and Spencer Simply Food, Morrisons and a well stocked retail park with Next, Brantano and Pets at Home to name but a few.
The Village itself is home to delightful interiors shops, boutiques and café's giving a cosmopolitan vibe to the area. Parents will be excited to learn that Guiseley has some fantastic schools with exam results well above the national average, there are also lots of parks and sports clubs nearby.
Guiseley sits just below the Yorkshire Moors, just a half hour drive, so weekends can be a fantastic opportunity to get away from it all. Guiseley is also well known for being the location of Harry Ramsden's fish and chip restaurant, which still thrives today after opening nearly 80 years ago in 1930.
