Wesley Gardens, West Bromwich, West Midlands
About the area
The rejuvenated Black Country borough of West Bromwich is a vibrant, multi-cultural community within the surrounding urban environment.
An ongoing regeneration programme has transformed this traditionally commercial area into a modern, residential location that's very much in demand.
Consequently, West Bromwich has been designated the premier retail, cultural and leisure centre of Sandwell Borough!
Public open space fronts the whole of one end of Wesley Gardens, while the locality is very self-contained and provides numerous facilities on the doorstep.
SpecificationWesley Gardens is a flagship scheme for the West Midlands that will constitute 48 two bedroom designer apartments, 10 four bedroom homes, 65 three bedroom semi detached and mews homes, plus two one-off designs.
Quite a few sales have been to families from the previous George Wimpey West Midlands development (Wesley Park) nearby - who like the area but want to trade up!
