Absolutely beautiful ...
I moved here just over a year ago because of work and now I don't want to live anywhere else!

Leamington is beautiful, especially pretty in the summer...
Jephson Gardens are really peaceful, and there's a really nice tropical greenhouse in there. The town is small, but if you're into independent shops rather that high street shops then this is the place to live. Ideal for somewhere to settle down. Also, it's only a hour away from London, 2 hours from Brighton for those weekends away. I love it!

Moving back to the area for first time in 12 years, from Hampshire...
It has not been spoilt (unlike some southern market towns) retaining a Regency feel, yet carefully blending modern facilities. Still retains great communications (M40/M1/mainline Stations etc.) and represents an area that has value housing; your £ stretches much further here than Winchester!
In addition, businesses are moving to the area, attracted by accessibility, costs and quality of life factors for employees.
Worth a visit, and take in Warwick and Stratford while you're here.

Don't forget Tachbrook Industrial Estate(s)...
...must be one of the most rapidly expanding areas in the UK. Loads of jobs - light industry, Pharmacuticals, Electronics et al.

Pretty Regency town with plenty of elegant white buildings...
...tree lined streets, and green spaces. Good shops, a variety of restaurants and bars. Easy access to M40 for London which is about 1½ hours drive away, or closer to Leamington Spa are Warwick (for the castle and antique shops), Stratford (RSC theatre) or Birmingham for shopaholics, the NEC, or the airport. All in all an 'up and coming' sort of place.
