Directions
From Newport - Leave the M4 at junction 29 (signposted Cardiff E and S), then join the A48 motorway.  Continue forward (signposted City Centre).  Take slip road for the Exit signposted Dock, Cardiff East, then at roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Southern Way - A4161 (signposted Docks, Cardiff East).  Branch left, then at roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newport Road A4161 (signposted City Centre). Continue straight through the next roundabout.  At the next set of lights, turn right onto Colchester Avenue.  Continue through the set of lights and Equinox is on the left hand side.

From Cardiff-Western Avenue - Continue East on Western Avenue A48, following through underpass (signposted Newport, M4 East).  Take slip road off the Exit signposted Dock, Cardiff East.  At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Southern Way - A4161 (signposted Docks, Cardiff East).  Branch left, then at roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Newport Road A4161 (signposted City Centre). Continue straight through the next roundabout.  At the next set of lights, turn right onto Colchester Avenue.  Continue through the set of lights and Equinox is on the left hand side.


Shopping

There is a wealth of amenities in the area, including schools, churches, surgeries and the Heath Hospital is only a short distance away.

For those everyday necessities there are a range of shops and supermarkets just around the corner.

Leisure

For those that enjoy more active pastimes, you could try a range of activities provided in one of a number of leisure centres in the surrounding areas, many of which include fitness suites, swimming pools with wave machines, sports halls, and there are also clubs for the children.

If you prefer your recreation in the open air, the lovely Roath Park offers a number of facilities including fishing or rowing on its 30 acre lake, an exotic filled conservatory as well as beautiful floral displays.
