From the direction of Modbury
Follow the A379 towards Plymouth. At the first roundabout, take the first exit towards Elburton & Wembury.
At the traffic lights, turn left onto Reservoir Road. Continue onto Wembury Road. Bear right onto Staddiscombe Road. Carrollsland will be found on the left hand side.
From Exeter
Follow the M5/A38 towards Plymouth. Take the Deep Lane exit (signposted Plympton) then at the 'T' junction turn left onto Deep Lane (signposted for Brixton and Yealmpton). At the crossroads, continue forward (signposted Butlas, Wiverton). Turn right onto Sherford Road. At the roundabout take the second exit towards Elburton & Wembury. At the traffic lights, turn left onto Reservior Road. Continue on to Wembury Road. Bear right onto Staddiscombe Road. Carrollsland will be found on the left hand side.
From Plymouth
Follow the signs to Kingsbridge (A379) and cross Laira Bridge. Stay on the A379, crossing 3 roundabouts. At the 4th roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Elburton & Wembury. At the traffic lights, turn left on to Reservoir Road. Continue onto Wembury Road. Bear right onto Staddiscombe Road. Carrollsland will be found on the left hand side.

Shopping
There is a convenience store close to the development, whilst Plymstock Broadway with it's range of supermarkets, boutiques, banks and post ofice is a couple of minutes drive away.
Leisure
For leisure activities, Plymouth is well known for its beautiful coastline and busy harbour, providing ample opportunity for all sorts of boating. Closer still there is a golf club at Staddon Heights, and the beaches of Jennycliff and Wembury are nearby.
Education
There are several primary schools in the areas, and the two local secondary schools are renowned for the quality of their teaching. Plymouth University offers a wide range of courses in an exciting environment.
Transport
Getting around the area is easy, there are regular bus services to Plymouth, where the mainline railway station offers services to Cornwall to the West, and to London and beyond to the East. The airport in Plymouth offers national and international flights.
