Description
This property is on a new development built by David McLean. Whilst it is a new property, it already has a character of its own and upon entering, a feeling of calm and serenity is immediately apparent. The property has a wide appeal and will suit couples or families alike. Anyone with a young family will find it particularly ideal with a children's play park immediately accessible and the local schools nearby. The property is beautifully presented with warm, neutral colours to the walls and floors throughout and white furniture to the kitchen and bathrooms. A large conservatory has been added to the rear of the property which gives valuable added living space and can be used for a variety of purposes to suit the occupants such as additional living room, dining room or playroom for those with children (or possibly adult with train set!). The rear garden has been thoughtfully laid out to make the most of the space available with central steps having raised side beds leading up to a paved patio area. These side beds have a variety of plants, shrubs and climbers to provide year round interest. A further raised area has a timber shed with bin store behind and a gate which gives pedestrian access for taking out the bins etc. Internal viewing is absolutely essential to appreciate this lovely home.
