It not only brings a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom homes to a highly convenient location, close to Worthing station and the landmark Teville Gate regeneration zone, but is the creation of award-winning developer Crest Nicholson.

The three beautiful adjoining apartment buildings East Quarter, Central Quarter and West Quarter form an attractive terrace with a colourful faade indicative of the local vernacular.

Location
Nestling between the beautiful South Downs and miles of unspolit beach, Worthing has been popular with holidaymakers for hundreds of years. Elegant rows of Regency villas can still be found, evidence of Worthings popularity amongst wealthy eighteenth-century visitors.
Inland or along the coast from Worthing, theres much more to enjoy. The cosmopolitan city of Brighton, with its unique blend of glamour and bohemian, easy-going lifestyle, is a major centre for shopping, nightlife and culture.
In the opposite direction lies Chichester, a quieter alternative for shopping and coastal life. The Festival Theatre is nationally renowned and its Roman walls and Medieval buildings mean the city centre is full of character with some excellent restaurants and shops.
Turn further inland for all the rural delights of the South Downs, where historic treasures such as Arundel Castle and Goodwood House vie for your attention with beautiful viewpoints including Cissbury Ring and Ditchling Beacon. The scenic Arun Valley also cuts down to the coast just to the east of Worthing, giving you another beautiful area of countryside to explore.

Transport
Frequent trains from Worthing ensure that it is perfectly feasible to commute into the city of Brighton as well as the City of London. From Worthing station, a short walk from Kings Quarter, there are peak hour services to Brighton, taking around 20 minutes, or into London Bridge and Victoria, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Gatwick Airport is also on the direct line, journey time approximately 50 minutes.
By road, take the A27 to connect with the A23 and M23 just outside Brighton. This is your main route for the M25, London and Gatwick. The nearby A24 also offers a direct link in to London via Dorking. Going west, the A27 takes you to Chichester and Portsmouth, where the cross-Channel ferries sail for mainland Europe.

Lifestyle
Worthing offers a wide range of ways to have fun. The town has no fewer than five theatres and four cinemas, including the historic Pavillion, and a lively restaurant and bar scene, with many venues located on Marine Parade. Just about any sport can be played in Worthing too: tennis, squash, golf, fishing, bowling and all kinds of fitness activities at one of the many leisure centres.
Shopping is a true pleasure in Worthing. Many of the streets are pedestrianised, with places to sit and relax under the trees. Warwick Street in particular has many interesting specialist shops to discover, plus lots of surprising little boutiques in the side streets. Most of the major high street names have a presence too. Worthing is also a town for market enthusiasts. Theres a traditional street market every Wednesday and various French, Italian, Farmers and Gardeners markets throughout the year.
Worthing even has a unique micro-climate, which allows palm trees to flourish on the sea front, giving a continental air to the town centre.
However, modern Worthing is far more than sea air and scenery. The regeneration of Teville Gate is setting the tone for the towns future, with proposals to spend around £100 million on a prestigious complex for fun, sports and shopping. Forthcoming attractions include a multiscreen cinema, public gardens, a new swimming pool and fitness centre, and a swathe of venues to eat, drink and shop. Kings Quarter is quite literally on its doorstep.
