A delightful small town, the peace and safety of Littlehampton are a welcome change from north London…
…I love the riverside walks and the excellent stock of Victorian housing at great prices. The sandy beaches are the jewel in Littlehampton's crown.

I have actually moved around a lot through work & commitments, living in the best parts of West Sussex...
But nowhere has had such variety, diversity & secure ambiance, I recommend it, you may be surprised.

I'm desperate to get back!
I lived there for a few years, and then I moved away for work. Now I'm desperate to get back!

Littlehampton is a great place to be ...
... Strong community links, great sea front and sandy beaches and excellent links to nearby towns, e.g.: Brighton, Chichester, Arundel.
New to this area, we have been welcomed straight away by the warm community and lovely atmosphere.

Littlehampton is a beautiful seaside town...
There are two contrasting beaches...the rural west beach, which is huge...and the more commercial east beach where there are all facilities, including fun fair.
The town has all the usual shops and local schools are good. Property in the area is good value as prices have not yet caught up with the newly developed river bank with its posh flats and marina.

Littlehampton for me has everything I need...
The town itself is small but the shopping facilities are very good. Larger towns are nearby for more choice too. It has the sea, many unspoiled beaches, river Arun, marina, amusements, the lovely greenswards, theatre, swimming pool, library, hospital, plus many beautiful and historic places to visit in the area.
The people are friendly and helpful. It even has its own weather being protected by the south downs, which also provides some of the most beautiful scenery in England.
It enjoys much Victorian architecture. A lovely place to live.

Littlehampton has a delightful sea front, especially in the mornings...
A very economical town on the whole.
