Hedgecourt Lake is popular for sailing and fishing, it is also a wildlife sanctuary so is full of natural inhabitants. Keen yachters will also be pleased to know that the lake is owned by the Crawley Yacht Club and is open for members seven days a week. For those after more adventurous water sports Wiremill Lake is renowned for its' water skiing, However if you don't feel like getting your feet wet, why not enjoy a nice meal and a drink in the overlooking Wiremill Inn, which boasts stunning views and an impressive menu.

For those who enjoy leisure pursuit Schartham Park Golf Club is close by and offers an 18-hole course surrounded by Ancient Green Belt Woodland with magnificent views across the North Downs. Felbridge Primary School is highly regarded by locals and there are several more primary schools in East Grinstead. There is also a number of secondary schools in East Grinstead and the surrounding areas, along with several prep schools including the well-known Lingfield Notre Dame School.

Directions
Leave the M25 at junction 6, pick up and follow the A22 signposted Eastbourne. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A22 signposted East Grinstead and Eastbourne. Then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A22 signposted Eastbourne, Crawley and Gatwick airport. At "The Star Inn" public house turn right onto the A264 signposted Crawley, Gatwick airport, M23. Continue forward and you will find Eden Place on your right.
