Pretty and affluent...
Great for families, as it is safer than other parts of London and the schools are above average.
It's very well connected to motorways and the Metropolitan line runs through to Aldgate, so City workers can be in the office in under an hour. If you work near Marylebone, then it'll take you around half an hour.
If you want shopping, you can be on Oxford Street (via Bond St station) in about 35 minutes. If you want to drive instead, both Harrow and Watford have most high street shops and large car parks.

Pinner is a great place to live, wine and dine ...
... It's only 25minutes to London and within close proximity of A40, M1 and M25. Very safe. Great Comp and private schools.

We started a business in Pinner some 27 years ago ...
... Since buying the business, our parents and us moved into Pinner some 12 years ago. Pinner is very affluent, rich in village life and above all very safe.
We bought a second business in 2000, where we made great friends with heaps of customers. Pinner is great place to live, and I would only move with a JCB, as no-one is moving us!
We love Pinner for what it is. A great place to live.

Pinner offers a great combination; the charm of a village and the convenience associated with a town ...
...It is quieter and nicer than other parts of Harrow. There is great access to major transport routes (train, tube, bus, road and airports), shopping centers (St Anns, St Georges and slighter further is the Harlequin Centre) and good schools. What more could you want?

I was born in Northwood, during the War and lived in Pinner for the first twenty-odd years of my life ...
It was such a peaceful, quiet village and I loved it very much. In my late teens I used to frequent the Queen's Head in the High Street and the 'Old Oak Tea Rooms' opposite another pub - can't think of the name!
Event of the year was of course, Pinner Fair and I remember that the 183 bus used to shuttle between Pinner and Northwood, and then Pinner and Golders Green. Nothing could get through Bridge Street. Is that still the same?

I can't believe that the property in Pinner is so cheap...
It's by far and away the nicest place in the Harrow area and is only 24 minutes from Baker Street, plus it's close to all routes north, and the A40.
One day Pinner prices will rocket...

Pinner was a great place to live....
I lived there for 2+ years. I letted a flat at Skillen Lodge, Number 10 to be exact. The proximity to public transport and shopping made this a prime location.
What I remember most, are the pubs and my neighbors who lived beneath me who I tormented.
If I were ever to move back to London, I would definitely look to move to Pinner, but this time in a Detached home.
