... After waiting so long I'm finally here with my family. I have been here a year and it is very family orientated.

The field is kept well by the local council, in the summer it is like a boulevard with families walking pleasantly along the road.

Easy assess to the town by bus and rail. The local school, Raglan, has a good reputation. The houses are well maintained, especially in the centre of Delhi Road.

Would I ever move again? "NO" is the answer.

I really enjoy the atmsophere of this side of Bush Hill park. There is enough offstreet parking that the roads never feel crowded and there is very little traffic so that the children play outside the front of the house. We have a woodpecker out the back, yet I take 50 mins door to door to the west end. Wouldn't change it for the world. I hope new people to the area keep up the good work!

There is a mixture of retired folk and young families in the area. In the summer the field is alive with families enjoying the open space. I can say through my short time here I have been able to appreciate living in a friendly neighbourhood and having open space near by.

Transport is fairly reliable into Enfield and the nearest retail park is within reach. The local junior school Raglan has a very good reputation. On the whole I wouldn't swap it for the inner city.

It is so peaceful and pleasant. The builders have commented on how friendly people are in the road. Overlooking green fields, Enfield's policy for a greener borough is surely working. To sum it up Bush Hill Park (West Side) is wonderful!

I went to school here and have work nearby in Enfield Town and Bullsmoor Lane. I find that BHP has everything you need within easy reach. Bus services all around going to a wide variety of places. Small shops nearby and large retails parks just a 10 min walk away.

British Rail station just around the corner and nurseries, infant/junior and secondary schools all around.

There are also lots of lovely parks and its only a very short drive before your out in the country! I am planning to move out of my parents soon and am still wanting to live in or around BHP even though I have to option to move anywhere!

...moved out for 4 years, back again for 5 years and moved out for 6½ years, and guess what? That is correct, I am trying to buy another house there. I loved it, it was home from home, my son went to school there - oh boy, can't wait to move back there again.

You tend to find that Bush Hill Park and Enfield have still got the "town" feeling and things seem to move at a slower pace than some of the other areas that surround it. If I had to sell-up and move out I think I'd hard pressed to find somewhere as nice as this.

Quiet, tree lined roads; good transport links; one of the finest Indian takeaways I've tasted (the Curry Queen); and more affordable than most other parts of London.
