Directions
At Junction 1 at the start of the M2, take the exit onto the A289 (Wainscott Northern Bypass) after 3.8 miles, at Four Elms Roundabout, exit onto Four Elms Hill, the A228 (signposted Grain). Stay on the A228 (Radcliffe Highway) for 2 miles. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit into Bells Lane (signposted Hoo, St Werburgh). Turn Left onto Stoke Road where The Pastures is situated.

Shopping

Being a stones throw away from Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham this development offers excellent shopping facilities.

The High Street in Rochester boasts traditional shops selling products for the home, books, arts and crafts, presents and fashion.

The town of Gillingham also has a High Street, where a mixture of named shops and independent boutiques can be found.

In Chatham there is the Dockside Outlet in addition to the main shopping centre.

Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre is also nearby with shops such as Argos, Dorothy Perkins, Burtons and Marks & Spencers.

Tesco and Somerfield supermarkets are both within 10 miles of the development.

Leisure
The area has superb leisure facilities, with nearby Deangate Ridge Golf Club in Hoo and golf courses in both Gillingham and Rochester.  There are a number of leisure centres with excellent facilities, an ice rink and a dry ski slope nearby.

Education
The Medway area has more then 100 schools including 6 grammar schools.  The area is also well known for its group of 5 universities, known as the UFM Group. These are based in Chatham, Rochester, Maidstone and Canterbury.

Transport

The Pastures has brilliant transport links.

Bus services run regularly to Strood, Chatham, Rochester and Gillingham.

Chatham, Rochester and Strood stations are also close by and reachable by bus. From here you can easily travel by rail to London or the coast.

Travelling by car the M20, M2 and the A2 are all nearby, making travelling to London, other towns in Kent and coastal resorts easy.

Health
Hoo St Werburgh benefits from 2 medical practices one of which is located on Bells Lane.  A short journey away is Maidstone Hospital which has one of the best A & E departments in Kent.
