The area is lovely, and the neighbours are friendly! ...
... I don't even have to put my own bin out as it has normally been done before I get up on a Friday morning!!
There is a lot of work going on locally and so the area is more than definitely up and coming! And with transport links (train, bus, A2, M25 and in the very near future the river boats!) it makes it irresistible!
Both my sisters live in the village too and we all love it!!

I live in Ingress Park & the combination of living in a modern development within a country setting is perfect...
It also offers the amazing Bluewater & Lakeside at a stone's throw distance & in the near future Cross Rail is going to bring lots of benefits to the area.

I live in the village of Greenhithe - right by the river Thames...
...and it's a lovely place to live. The village itself is tiny but it has two quaint old pubs, one serving traditional food. It is just a stone's throw from the Bluewater complex which is perfect, not only for shopping, but for the bars and restaurants in the evening, and the cinemas too.
The station takes you straight into the centre of London in around 40 minutes and there are plenty of great places to relax including Joyden's Woods and the country park in Bean. You're also really close to the Dartford Crossing, the M25 and the A2... but not so near they bother you. It really is the perfect place to live, whether you are young and single or have a family, it is ideal!

I live and work in Greenhithe...
...and I enjoy the area very much, there is lots happening in Greenhithe. New buildings everywhere because of Bluewater, and Ebbsfleet in the near future.
