We have just moved to the village and I can only concur with the other comments…
…It has a village feel even though it is near major transport routes. There are some lovely walks and a feeling of tranquility. The high street has enough for a pint and a curry/pizza. On the whole, very nice.

Having lived in Barnet for 2 years, we have just moved into a brand new home in Kings Langley ...
... We simply fell in love with the peace and quiet - and the swans on our front lawn are an added bonus! This is such a beautiful village, I wish I could retire and spend all day here.

Kings Langley really is great...
Myself and my partner love it in the village on a Friday night. The Saracen's Head is the best place to pop into for a pint and the curry house is a good follow up to the pint!
The high street itself has the basics for daily shopping and Watford or Berkhamsted are a direct train away for more of a night out.

I have lived in Kings Langley for most of my life...
It's a quiet place, with several places to go for a drink or a meal, and a high street that changes constantly. On the whole it's a nice place to live.

I have lived in Kings Langley for 5 months now...
It is a beautiful place to live with a fantastic community feeling about it. There are some stunning walks that I enjoy with my two dogs.
Would highly recommend a night out at Oscars - a very nice Italian restaurant and bar. Haven't got a bad word to say about Kings Langley!
