I lived in Aberdeen for 6 years in the 1980s...
I enjoyed my life in this wonderful city. Nice folk, clean town and great social outlets.

Lovely City...
I've just bought a property with a view over the bustling harbour for only £18,000.
The area is in line for a redevelopment and I can get a rental income of £260+ pcm for this.WHAT A RESULT!
My other property was purchased for £32,000 and it has magnificent views over a 19th century suspension bridge close to the city centre.
I now own four properties for the price of a one bedroom council flat in central London.
Great place to bring up the kids. Just like Edinburgh but much cheaper property.
My first flat in student zone is yielding 14% .
