Watsons is a dedicated professional firm based at Heathfield of rural property agents, chartered surveyors, valuers and auctioneers, founded in 1873 by Edward Watson, great-grandfather of the senior partner, Tim Watson. The family has had an unbroken involvement in the firm for over four generations.

Partners Tim Watson and Nick Young are both chartered surveyors. The firm has considerable expertise in handling the sale, purchase and valuation of farms, equestrian units, houses, cottages, land and woodland throughout the South East and is accepted locally as a market leader combining our knowledge obtained through transactions and managements of many rural properties, together with experience in a specialist market.
