Jamie Flatman FNAEA CPEA our consultant partner has thirty years experience in the property industry, fifteen in Estate Agency and fifteen in Development and Housebuilding both in the UK and in Europe.
Tracy Flatman has twenty years experience in customer interface of which ten years have been within Estate Agency. She holds qualifications in both Business Studies and Financial Planning.
Michael Flatman came into Estate Agency three years ago having successfully completed his 'A' levels at Maiden Erleigh School and is combining his long working hours with studies for the National Association of Estate Agents Technical Awards.
The Flatman name has been long associated with Reading and providing services to Reading. This Estate Agency includes two generations in Jamie and his son Michael, Jamie’s father the late Arthur Flatman made his name both as a Berks County Cricketer and the works chemist at Readings famous biscuit makers Huntley and Palmers while his grandfather served the Reading community in the early 1900’s by delivering Ale for Simmonds (which later became Courage Brewery). The Flatmans still live in Earley and remain, as their forebears, involved in the local community with a wealth of local contacts.
