Mr Gascoine opened his doors in Southwell in 1954 and from that moment never looked back. His ethos of hard work and customer service has stood the company in good stead since its inception.

Estate agency has changed beyond recognition since the 1950's but Gascoines has continually changed with the times. We are now the most established and regionally successful estate agency and have helped countless buyers and sellers to weave throughout the maze that is the property market.

The Southwell office is still our flagship head office but the network is made up of branches in Nottingham city centre, Arnold, Ollerton, Ravenshead and Calverton. These branches are now intrinsically linked through our computer systems and all benefit from an office in Mayfair, London which has set up many successful sales from purchasers on relocation. We also have a Lettings office based in Newark, covering all of the above areas.
