Chris Frost started the firm in 1992, selling at that time, many old and run down hotels in the Bournemouth and Poole area for redevelopment. Initially there was just one office at 20 Poole Hill, Bournemouth, but in 1996 the Lower Parkstone Office was opened in Station Road to cope with the growing number of sales in the western area of our operations. The business has grown considerably since the early years with new partners Paul Johnson and David Palmer taking over the Bournemouth Office in 2001. Chris Frost and his business partner Gary Milton continue to run the Lower Parkstone Office.

In 1999 TEAM approached Frost and co and invited them to join the nearly 600 strong national multi listing organisation. The Lower Parkstone Office now sells property in the following areas: Branksome Park, Sandbanks, Lilliput, Lower Parkstone, Upper Parkstone, Poole Town Centre and Whitecliff.
