House building is the leading arm of Frendcastle’s overall operation, and in our chosen territory of South West London we have completed many prestigious residential property developments, along with some small scale commercial projects. From our beginnings in 1973 we have completed about 600 homes, and have consistently sought to maintain our reputation for providing a high quality of location, design and construction. We form long standing alliances with carefully selected architects, contractors and suppliers, to enable us to offer dwellings of this high standard. Our buildings try to be ‘good neighbours’ and balance interesting architecture and attractive external appearance with the needs of their new occupants. Some of our completed buildings have won awards with Kensington & Chelsea, and in Wandsworth, but all them receive the same care and attention during design and construction. All new residential developments are registered with the Zurich Municipal Building Guarantee Scheme, and we offer a high level of customer support for two years after the completion of each home.
