We are based on the boarders of South East and South West London. This gives us the ability to cover both areas, so, this way we have a wide variety of properties available in your preferred area, were ever you want to be.

Fast Move Properties have been around since 2004, since then we have worked hard and gained loads of exposure in our market and now are recognized throughout our covered areas. We aim to be the fastest and most adaptable agents’. We have a large portfolio of clients and properties, which are constantly growing. Our aim is to let your property within two weeks of getting it on our books and being competitive at the same time.

We maintain a flexible attitude, and are generally able to adapt our service to meet our client's individual circumstances and needs, for example by providing a part only service, or alternatively by taking on additional tasks and duties.

Our Fees:

We have an initial letting fee and an ongoing commission fee based on rental payments. There are no other standard fees or charges. No up front charges - nothing to pay until a tenant moves in and starts paying rent.
