David Charles is an independently owned company with over twenty years experience selling homes in the local area.

Our residential partner Mark Tadgell was born and attended school in sawbridgeworth, moving to Bishop’s Stortford in 1985 and has lived here ever since. Mark says “Having two small children I am only too aware of the stress of day to day living that is why we aim to make moving as stress free as possible
