The company ‘Crofts Estate Agents Ltd’ was established in November 2005, opening its’ 1st showroom in the business high street location at 62 St Peters Avenue in Cleethorpes in mid March 2006.
Whilst we are a relatively new company the Managing Director created a business plan for the estate agency over 5 years ago. It would have been possible to open an agency back in 2001, however it was identified that we would be able to offer our clients a superior level of service if the management of the company acquired 1st hand knowledge of the property industry in general in as many disciplines as possible.
