Banner Homes is one of the country’s leading independent house builders. The business started in 1976 with the earliest developments being in and around High Wycombe. Since then we have grown to encompass three regional operational centres in the Midlands, the South West and the South East of England.

We have over thirty years experience and know-how when it comes to building outstanding developments, targeting the full spectrum of home buyers at prices ranging from under £100,000 up to in excess of £4m. We have particular skills in creating new homes for the over 55s and have won coveted What House? Awards for our developments in Wendover, Caterham and Horsham within this market sector.

We have a passion for perfecting our homes and maximising their value for our purchasers. Every home we build receives individual, professional attention from the moment it first appears on the drawing board, right through to its build completion and final clean.

We are innovative in design and specification, whilst being discerning in our adoption of new trends. We focus keenly on anticipating, identifying and satisfying our customers’ demands in location, design and the delivery of a new home. Our designs can be contemporary or classical depending on the market, but our approach to build quality and service are reassuringly traditional.

We have been at the forefront of integrating new technologies into the fabric of mainstream housing for many years. Cat 5 cabling, digital television and integrated hi-fi are realities for many of our purchasers across all price ranges and not just for the privileged few.

This ethos runs throughout the development of each new site and can be seen in our increasing use of basements in the design of many new homes to maximise space and value for each new purchaser.

Privately owned (75% by the Prowting Family and 25% by management), Banner offers the long term commitment of its Directors to create individually designed and expertly crafted new homes for the entire spectrum of home buyers across central and southern England.
