We're an independent London estate agency specialising in sales, lettings and property management. We were set up in 2002 when our two directors, Dan and Giles, decided to launch a company that would take a fresh and customer-focused approach to residential property - one that would be transparent, built on trust, and which would put the customer before the commission.

We achieve this, in large part, by employing only the highest quality staff: consultants who are articulate and approachable, thoroughly up-to-speed with all areas of the local and broader property markets, and fully conversant with the industry's codes of practice. But above all, we manage it by employing consultants who understand your needs, are excellent communicators, and have a strong work ethic.

It helps, of course, that we provide extensive and ongoing training, which keeps our staff informed about all the latest industry-related, and relevant legislative, developments. For your sake, we prefer to keep our finger firmly on the property sector's pulse.

To provide our customers with extra peace of mind, we're also answerable to all the main bodies governing residential estate agency:

  • ARLA (the Association of Residential Lettings Agents)

  • NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents)

  • OEA (Ombudsman for Estate Agents).*

But what really sets us apart is that we're genuinely passionate about estate agency. We're not a big 'corporate' with formal procedures and faceless, purely sales-driven staff - we're a young and enthusiastic company that wants to impress and make its mark. Yes, we're happy to provide short-term solutions, but ultimately we're out to build long-term relationships.

At present, we've got three branches: one in the City, a second in Canary Wharf and a third in Balham.
