I live in Netherton right next door to Bootle and love it…
...I grew up in Southport but could not afford to buy a place there. But living here gives me the best of everything, nice people and close enough to get to see friends in Southport, Ormskirk and Maghull a lot.
Come on downsize those bills and move to L20 or L30 , you know it makes sense

Some nice houses tucked away in cul de sacs ...
... Very close to Liverpool city centre, yet also close to rural areas and the beaches at Crosby and Formby. Plenty of amenities

Bootle deserves a much higher profile than it currently enjoys ...
There are some beautiful houses here, and the people are the friendliest you could wish to meet. There is a sense of community in Bootle, which is hard to find elsewhere. We are currently in the process of moving - to a better house in Bootle!

Bootle is very convienient for Liverpool City Centre...
...and has some good coastal walks very close by.
It is an area where prices are still pretty low but will not remain so as a lot of housing and environmental improvements will be taking place soon.
I have lived in Bootle for most of my life, and whilst it is not perfect it is improving and has a interesting mix of people and places close by.
