EC4 is such a fantastic place to live...

Covent Garden is on the doorstep, the number of buses that go from here to Oxford Street is quite amazing, the District, Circle, and Central lines can only ever be a 5-minute walk away, and the Piccadilly is close by, not to mention the mainline stations of Thameslink, and Blackfriars. But to focus on the transport and West End is to miss the point - why leave EC4?

There are parks, museums, squares, restaurants, coffee shops, river boats, and all sorts of places to keep your interest. It's not cheap, by anyone's standards, but it really does offer value for money compared to similar areas such as Pimlico, Westminster, Marylebone and Fitzrovia.

Even the pigeons manage to control themselves better here than in other parts of London.

Living in EC4 is great...

It is no more than half an hour from pretty much anywhere you could want to get to, and the immediate area also has a real village feel that is often overlooked.

There is a wide range of facilities, bars, restaurant and places of interest on your doorstep, and on the weekend there is still plenty going on but hardly any traffic.

Living in EC4 is a great experience...

During the week the area is lively with city workers filling the many bars and pubs. At the weekend this gives way to a quiet period with only some tourists venturing away from the tourist area around St Pauls.

I would recommend anyone who has the chance to live here to grab it, and enjoy living in a unique environment!

I live in EC4...

...and it's exceptionally convenient, being central for the City and the West End. Very suitably for young urban professionals who would like to live close to work and their social life. It's also really quiet when you need the peace.
