The Lodges can only be owned by people over 50 years of age.
Mains electricity and water is metered and paid to the site owner.
Pets; maximum of 2 per lodge, dogs to be kept on leads.
The Lodges are to be occupied by the owner or close family and are not suitable for holiday lets / investment etc.
The site is open all year and access is available at any time.
To secure a Lodge a deposit of £10,000 (none returnable) will be required and the balance paid 14 days before delivery.
If at some time in the future you wish to sell the Lodge, a transfer fee will be payable to the Site owner of 2% of the selling price.
