From Derby: Leave the city centre heading west on the A52. At the roundabout with the A38 take the 3rd exit signposted Ring Road, The North A38.
Continue for almost 3 miles to the Little Eaton roundabout and take the 3rd exit signed the north Sheffield.
Proceed for 11 miles and leave the A38 at the Alfreton and Somercotes. At the T-junction turn left signed Somercotes.
Point A: Continue straight ahead at the double mini roundabout following signs for Somercotes B600.
At the next mini roundabout take 2nd exit, traffic lights turn left, then 3rd turn on left into James Street where the development can be found.
M1 north and south: leave a junction 28 at the roundabout follow signs for Derby A38. Continue on the A38 for 2 miles and leave at the junction signed Somercotes. At the T-Junction turn left
